Once item is paid for, you have 2 days to cancel. Anything after 2 days will be made

All items are custom made. Items are not flawless

each item is made to order, items will be made 2 days after placing an order.
orders are shipped on Fridays only. I dont work weekends
Turn around time is based on availably , some items take longer to be made then others
I accept most payment methods
Refund do not include shipping price. All refunded items must be returned to Crafty Nook L.L.C

Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (3 days after receiving item)
State of return (unworn, unused) photo proof of item is required
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product, unsatisfied with item)
Process for return Contact Crafty Nook L.L.C, I will either meet in person or provide a prepaid lable and shipping bag to be returned
Process of refund (refunds are processed to payment method used, 3 to 5 days depending on the bank)
